i put this thought down on paper today in bits and pieces.

now my fingers are black and full of glue.

i am sorry that i hugged you so much

i can see you were overwhelmed by my emotion

i am just so happy that you are going to be better

it was so hard for me think of the possibility of never seeing you again

i have known you all my life

but i noticed for the first time that i have grown taller than you

i feel bigger too

and it will stay with me forever back when you said, 'i just want to live'

ps. how do i get over not wanting to live to see people i love leave before me
