i'm tired of writing. thus, lists to follow. weird cravings i have today:

1. meat inspired decor. i want a steak pillowcase pretty badly now that i've seen it. even if it gives me bad dreams, which i think it might.

2. dear creatures' everything. please.

3. a coke.

4. french toast. i dont have to explain everything do i?

5. a pet rabbit. yes i say this often. for a reason.

1. forgetting my sister's birthday.

2. not having a coke.

i've been away for a while for the following reasons:

1. i had the crazy flu

2. i work too hard (while suffering from said flu)

3. i've been busy making my pretty bears and birds, which takes ages since i dont have my own computer and have to hijack ross's to work on when he's not looking. i lie, the real reason that its taking so long is 'carnivale'.

anyway, i've been listening to a lot of tom waits recently.

its very apt for this time of year for those of you who whine about the winter being too cold, too long, etc. etc.

my buddy, mareesa, has a couple of great danes. man, just look how giant the man-dog, bronto, is. he's practically a saurus. lame joke. but seriously, he's pretty much the size of a pony. geez.

him and his wife, thandi, recently had puppies, and i really really adore this little guy. he's the cutest little pony-dog puppy-foal i've ever slapped my eyeballs on. if it weren't for the fact that i'm moving out to an apartment soon, i'd have stolen him.

when i say steal, i mean buy.

obviously.

i dont do crime.

this is my BFF-forever, mareesa, rocking my sunglasses. we had lunch at the relocated tony's in PTA on saturday, and seriously stuffed ourselves with giant half-and-half pizza's. the sunglasses are from bellbottoms, by the by, which is where we were mere moments before.

i miss you ol' benj.

this is a picture of my mom's second grade class. it was taken for a local newspaper. my mom, ruth, is the tall girl in the middle. i love this picture. the mountains in the back is part of breivika, where my family still lives. its the most beautiful place i know of. maybe you can recognise it from the photos i took there last year.
