1. i had the crazy flu
2. i work too hard (while suffering from said flu)
3. i've been busy making my pretty bears and birds, which takes ages since i dont have my own computer and have to hijack ross's to work on when he's not looking. i lie, the real reason that its taking so long is 'carnivale'.
anyway, i've been listening to a lot of tom waits recently.
here's a song i'm particularly fond of...from his album 'orphans' and the film 'the tiger and the snow'
its very apt for this time of year for those of you who whine about the winter being too cold, too long, etc. etc.
(as warren would say) man up.
